About Becky Batley

Originally from Southern California, my family moved to South Carolina in 2012. Though relocation was not new to us, moving across the country was and we quickly realized we had no knowledge of the area, no support system or a trusted reliable source. This was the driving force behind my decision to get my real estate license in 2013. Being a Realtor has shown me, along with many years in other service base careers, it’s in my nature to help others.
I strive to exceed my client’s expectations with excellent customer service, continued education and commitment to work hard in order to earn their trust, repeat business and referrals. The certifications I hold are Military Relocation Professional - MRP, Accredited Buyers Representative - ABR and Real Estate Negotiations Expert - RENE. I also have certifications in Home Staging & Redesign - HSR and as a Certified Color Expert – CCE which allows me to offer something extra to my clients in advising sellers on how to best present their homes for the market and helping buyers see the true potential of a property.

HOMES for HEROES - I’m the daughter of a World War II Veteran, and married to a Law Enforcement Officer who is also a Marine Corps Veteran, so I understand the dedication to duty and sacrifices these heroes and their families make on a daily basis. In my search of how to better serve my Military Veterans clients I found Homes for Heroes. This program allows me to help community heroes save money when they buy and sell a home. Not only does it reward Military (Active, Reserves & Veterans), but also Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Healthcare Workers/EMS, and Teachers who are making a difference in our own local communities.
